Our Commitment to Accessibility

WeCare24, Inc. is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to ensure our website and platform are usable by all individuals, regardless of ability.

We believe that access to healthcare technology should be universal. Our goal is to meet or exceed the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

Applicable Standards

WeCare24 strives to conform to the following accessibility standards and guidelines:

  • Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Title III: Prohibits discrimination against individuals with disabilities in places of public accommodation, including websites and digital services.
  • Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act: Requires federal agencies and their contractors to make electronic and information technology accessible to people with disabilities.
  • WCAG 2.1 Level AA: The internationally recognized standard for web accessibility, covering perceivability, operability, understandability, and robustness.

Known Limitations

While we strive for full accessibility compliance, some areas of our website or platform may not yet fully conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. We are actively working to identify and remediate these issues. Known limitations include:
